- Job Developer/Sales Position

Seeking individual to develop job sites for students and adults with varying abilities. The Job Developer is responsible for contacting employers and arranging trial work periods for the individuals we serve. Persistence and creativity a must to make a good match between individual and potential employer.
Sales experience preferred. Must be able to work indepentetly and posess excellent phone skills. Much of the job can be done on the phone from your home or our office. Some in-state travel is needed to meet with businesses and the individuals being placed.
Base wage plus bonus incentives. Mileage reimbursed. Flexible schedule up to 30 hours per week.
